Position: Junior Sales Agent / Real Estate

Location: Ibiza, Spain

Employment type: Full-time

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Consistently achieve established sales objectives
- Provide detailed reports of client meetings.
- Offer comprehensive support to customers throughout the entire purchasing process.
- It is not necessary to have a client list. The company provides the properties and the clients.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Native / fluent Dutch
- Fluent level of Spanish and English (professional competence)
- Minimum two years of experience in the real estate sector (with sales history)
- University education preferred. Specific sales training will be positively valued.
- Competence in the use of CRM systems
- Solid negotiation skills
- Proactive attitude and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Teamwork ability with excellent organization and planning skills.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- High responsibility and analytical skills.
