**THE SKINNY KITCHEN- ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER**

**The Role?**

We are looking to secure a new assistant restaurant manager for our Ibiza site. We are really looking for a super star to help us succeed with our restaurant space. You will need to be leader of people and someone who can inspire, motivate, and develop talent organically. This is about the guest so someone who is customer focused is essential. Commercially minded and someone who wants to make this restaurant a cut above the rest.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will create an exciting work atmosphere to motivate your team and do whatever it takes to get the job done. You will be responsible for by helping to lead and drive the daily operations within the restaurant.

**Salary**: 2,200.00€ - 2,500.00€ per month
