**Job Description**:
Position Purpose

The position is responsible for conducting FP&A activities within the Madrid FP&A team, with more focus on the Supply Chain area concerning Annual Budgeting, Forecasting, Standard Reporting. The role primarily is giving support on Pallecon and Pallets related activities but also serves as back-up for other SC FP&A areas. Additional support regarding PPM tool, Transformation Office, business analysis can also be involved. The position will focus on executing and improving standard processes, maintaining internal service levels + adapting to new challenges.

Major/Key Accountabilities
- Supports the execution of the SC Annual Budgeting and Forecasting processes in the region for Automotive & Pallets businesses.
- Supports the SC Weekly Forecast preparation mainly for Pallecon business and assists on Pallets related activities as necessary.
- Support the team with enhancements of existing reports to support the Business
- Work together with SC Finance to be aligned on processes, reporting, key messages
- Assist on important projects such as PPM if necessary
- Execution of other Business Support & Analysis activities to efficiently serve internal customers, added value analysis of business performance, risk & opportunities
- Drives the delivery of FP&A outputs based in Madrid to maintain internal service levels

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting or in a relevant finance technical discipline
- Desirable: Master’s Degree (e.g. Finance, Business Administration, Accounting)

Experience
- 2-5 years of Finance Planning & Analysis experience preferably in complex multinational businesses within Finance roles including Accounting expertise

Skills and Knowledge
- Solid understanding of FP&A, Commercial and Supply Chain Finance processes
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Data Analysis/BI tools (PowerBI, Blueview)

Languages
- Required English
- Desirable: Other European (highly desirable)
