Summary
Seguimos creciendo y buscamos incorporar al área de Guest, a un/a Guest Experience Manager.
Tu misión será realizar el registro de los huéspedes en el hotel de acuerdo a los estándares de la marca y la cadena, ofreciendo una experiência completamente Centric, ocupándose de cumplir todas las políticas establecidas en recepción y manteniendo una buena comunicación con el resto del departamento así como con otros departamentos que intervengan en la operativa.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
- Contactar con los huéspedes VIP previa llegada al hotel, ocupándose que todo esté listo a su llegada.
- Realizar la asignación y revisión de habitaciones de los huéspedes VIP, coordinándose con el resto de departamentos para que su estancia sea única y extraordinaria.
- Realizar llamadas de cortesía durante la estancia de los huéspedes VIP para confirmar que se están cumpliendo los estándares del servicio y que se encuentran satisfechos con su estancia.
- Mantener una comunicación fluida con todos los departamentos del hotel ante cambios y/o solicitudes de los huéspedes que afecten a la operación de los mismos.
- Adelantarse a las posibles quejas y llevar a cabo una gestión óptima de las mismas, conociendo las necesidades de los clientes incluso antes de que se produzcan.
- Asistir con las funciones de check in y check out a los hosts, cuando así lo requieran las necesidades operativas.
**Qualifications**:
- Estudios finalizados relativos a Turismo/ Hoteleria.
- Experiência previa en áreas de Front Office (deseable en la parte de Guest Experience)
- Atención y cuidado a los detalles.
- Capacidad para resolver problemas con una toma de decisiones ágil y eficaz.
- Nível de inglés avanzado, valorable un segundo idioma.
- Conocimiento de Sistemas Opera y Hotsos.
