Job Function: Sales The role:

What we need to see from you:
We are seeking individuals with a proven track record in IT sales who are driven, adaptable and eager to make an impact. If you have experience in selling software solutions, cloud services, or related tech products, your expertise will be highly valued as we aim to drive success and growth within the IT landscape.

What we're looking for:

- ** Experience**: At least two years of IT sales experience, preferably in B2B, particularly in software or cloud services.
- ** Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills**: Ability to communicate clearly, take initiative, and persuade effectively and the ability to build relationships within the IT sales context.
- ** Mindset**: A growth-oriented, proactive approach with a deep understanding of the technology market and sales strategies.
- ** Interest in Technology**: A keen interest in technology products and services.
- ** Languages**: Proficiency in English, additional languages are an advantage.

At SoftwareOne, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as **Junior Account Manager for West EMEA Region** If you have at least 2 years of experience in IT sales, preferably B2B, strong communication skills in English, and a drive to excel, we want to hear from you

**The Role**:
As Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving digital transformation across the West EMEA region. Your role will involved shaping sales strategies around software and cloud solutions making a direct impact on the growth of our clients and our business. You will be the main point of contact for our SME clients, managing relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your focus will be on driving sales, understanding software requirements, assisting with renewals, managing escalations, and maintaining coverage across all assigned accounts. You will play a crucial role in building trust-based relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and spotting opportunities for growth.

With our robust training programs and mentorship opportunities, you can quickly progress from Junior Account Manager to senior roles in account management, sales leadership, or even explore cross-functional opportunities within our global organisation.
