**Carts Guru is looking for talented Account Manager**:
**(FR Market)**
Carts Guru was founded in 2017 in Barcelona and is now a growing scale-up with customers in France, Spain, USA, and many other places across the world. Our talented team is international, representing more than 8 countries.
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team based in Barcelona. As an Account Manageryou will be the lead point of contact with most of our key accounts, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities to strengthen a long-lasting customer relationship.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Work closely with the Account Executive in order to get a 360 degrees vision of clients (Fr Market)
- Create a trust environment with all your customers (one-to-one relationship)
- Provide insights, and recommendation to your customers
- Provide trainings to your customers to have them autonomous
- Onboard all key accounts provided by the account executive
- Manage the end-to-end relationship with these customers, including support and service
- Run monthly or quarterly review with all customers
- Negotiate contracts, renewals and promote Carts Guru in a competitive marketplace
- Driving and develop new revenue generation opportunities with existing clients
- Report directly to the sales manager regarding daily, weekly and monthly results position is 100% sales. from the Meetings with the posible clients to the closing of the deals.
**Qualifications**:
- 3 -4 years min experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager or Sales Account Manager in Tech sector and FR market.
- ** French speaker ( the job is 100% in this language)** English or Spanish is a plus
- Hubspot experience is a must
