**LOCATION**:Remote

**REPORTS TO**:Global digital & Social Media Senior Manager

Our client is one of the top players within the human capital management sector. They are present in more than 40 countries across Europe, APAC, the Americas and Africa and active in the fields of temporary and permanent recruitment, executive search, outsourcing, training and HR consultancy.
- RESPONSIBILITIES --Copywriting, Content Creation and Management of Written Content from Production Agencies (70% of the job)
- Producing original, clear, and credible content for the Group’s channels - including website and LinkedIn. Alone and together with external partners
- Carrying out research, analysis and interviews (salary guide, whitepapers and similar) Alone and together with external partners
- Working with designers on pictures/imagery, create briefings as needed
- Owning the program related to the creation of leadership messages for external usage and the overall Leadership’s Linkedin presence
- Supporting with the creation of annual Corporate documents: Annual report, csr report, quarterly financial results, etc.
- Submitting readership statistics for evaluation report; share recommendations to improve performances and an editorial plan to spread news about content marketing, advocacy journalism and best practices to be published via social media in order to engage readers.
Content Factory Management (20% of the job)
- Branded and marketing content supervision
- Proofreading and editing a variety of written and visual content before going to production (must be able to edit and improve grammar, content structure, and overall quality of the content)
- Delivering work as per company’s 7 Global Brands guidelines
PR Management (10% of the job)
- Managing PR activities by working with the selected providers
- Ability to brief, review and write press releases
- REQUIREMENTS --- BA in Digital Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Multimedia, Humanistic studies or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in B2B communication or journalism
- Very experienced with Content Management Systems (Wordpress mainly), content management tools (Hubspot, Contently or similar), SEO notions and social media copywriting skills
- Fluent in English

**Salary**: Up to 50,000.00€ per year
