For one of our clients we are looking for an SME PMO that could help to bring some structure, organization and direction for the different projects and stakeholders that requires their initiatives and projects to move forward, as well as monitoring and control over them
**Responsibilities**:
Report Minutes and actions to relevant meeting
Build Operating committee and Steering Committee decks
Follow up dedicated governance for each workstream
Be able to challenge the rational, the priority, the numbers
Be able to go into detail and build a sharp and concise message out of discussions
Follow up the benefits with business lines.
**Skills**:
Must have
+10yrs experience
Background as PMO in CIB or Banking
Articulated
Pragmatic
Analytical and Solution driven
Very good interpersonal skills
Fully fluent in English and Spanish
Nice to have
Lean Six sigma training or Agile a plus
**Languages**:
English: C1 Advanced
Spanish: B2 Upper Intermediate
