What to Expect
- Tesla is looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead our South Region supporting hiring for Tesla's Sales, Service & Delivery (SSD) organisation. This role can be based out of our Madrid or Barcelona offices and will lead the recruitment in 8 different countries including Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece.

SSD is the backbone of our client-facing business. The core roles which are recruited for in this business include our Tesla Sales and Delivery Advisors and Service Technicians (Auto Mechanics).

As a Recruitment Manager at Tesla, you develop deep partnerships with your direct reports, business stakeholders and within our People team. Your business acumen, passion for recruiting and a genuine commitment for optimising processes are core skills needed at Tesla. Strong analytical skills round off your profile, and you use data to create and influence strategies to find and hire the talent responsible for accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy.

What You’ll Do
- Leading, developing and coaching a team of high performing Recruiters, to nurture a structured and inclusive culture within both your own team and across our wider EMEA Talent Acquisition team
- Partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their recruitment needs against their growth plans, identifying opportunities to accelerate hiring pace and challenges in our operation, by proactively looking around corners and problem solving ahead of time
- Creating concrete recruitment strategies outlining to the business and your team a plan and measurement points
- Iterate and improve on interview and assessment processes for your area of recruitment
- Owning every aspect of your team’s performance, and being responsible for driving continuous improvements to facilitate exceptional team output and delivery to our stakeholders
- Own stakeholder relationships with senior leads in the UK & I and GCC markets, influencing through clear communication and insights generated through analysis of recruitment data
- Regularly reporting on KPIs whilst improving processes based on data insights and feedback received
- Being an essential part of our functional TA leadership and impacting our overarching strategy as an EMEA Talent Acquisition team, always driving innovation and excellence
- Working cross-functionally with various stakeholders in the business and People team in your region and EMEA
- Travel to onsite locations throughout the Southern region

What You’ll Bring
- Experienced as a people manager in an internal Talent Acquisition team in an agile, fast-paced environment where things change very quickly
- Have strong analytical skills and understanding of recruitment KPIs, data/reporting, and able to act as a role model in process compliance and data-integrity
- Experience managing recruiter performance, coaching and mentoring them on recruitment and career development topics
- Clear and structured communicator
- Have experience in volume hiring roles, preferably in Manufacturing or Operations
- Can communicate confidently in a business context in both English and Spanish
