Due to an exciting time of company growth, we are currently in search of an experienced recruitment professional to join our team in Madrid starting in September 2025.The role will require you to individually network with both clients and professionals within the renewable energy space across Europe.Key responsibilities:Sourcing candidates for clients, ensuring technical, cultural, and experience fitManaging the placement process and recruitment process from start to finishIdentifying new business opportunities and maintaining professional relationships with existing clientsAdvising clients on hiring solutionsReviewing applications, managing interviews and creating candidate shortlistsBriefing candidates on the role and pay ratesPreparing candidates for interviewProviding feedback to candidates & clients following interviewsDiscussing client job offersNegotiating rates and finalising arrangements for placementsWhat are we looking for:Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in agency recruitment, ideally across the industrials or finance spaceAbility to manage own time effectivelyArticulate communicatorA confident and positive attitudeThe ability to work under pressure and meet targetsFluency in written and spoken Spanish and EnglishWhat can we offer you:Achievable career progression plan with a salary increases with each promotionCoaching and development from an experienced Global Learning & Development ManagerA professional working environment with realistic targetsCompetitive salary and benefits packageUncapped commission up to 40%Access to a large client database, various job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter.Access to industry specific conferencesAnnual, global incentive trips away (New York, Cape Town, Croatia, Miami)
