Recruitment Consultant – Life Sciences, Pharma & Biotech | Valencia-Based | AJ GroupLocation: Valencia, SpainType: Full-Time, Hybrid (Office-first with flexibility)Industry: Recruitment | | Life Sciences, Pharma & BiotechLevel: Entry to Early CareerNON-Negotiable: Language skills (excellent English/at least one other European language outside of Spanish)Start date: Q1/Q2 2026We're expanding and this time, we're building from the ground up in Valencia.After two years of remote growth across Europe, AJ Group has opened a brand-new office in Valencia – and we're looking for ambitious individuals to grow with us.This role is ideal for someone starting their career in recruitment or looking to transition into a new industry, with in-person support, training, and clear progression in a fast-growing, international recruitment business.What You'll Be DoingYou'll join as a Recruitment Consultant, supporting and learning from experienced consultants in either:- Life Sciences - Pharma - BioTechYour role will grow over time, but initially you'll:- Learn the recruitment process from end to end (we'll train you) - Source and speak with candidates across Europe - Help build out client and candidate relationships - Contribute to the growth of our brand-new Valencia hubWhat We're Looking ForYou don't need years of experience in recruitment.
