**We are looking for**
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic** Customer Success Executive - Nordics**(m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our fantastic and growing client base in the Nordics.
**Your role in BizAway**
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients to ensure they are getting the most out of the
Bizaway platform.
- Onboard new corporate clients on our platform, to make sure they are 100% up and running.
- Tailor onboarding materials like user guides, videos, training materials etc. to your client’s
needs.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and monitor and act on customer feedback - turning skeptics into BizAway ambassadors.
- Proactively identify client growth opportunities and hit upselling targets.
- Define Quarterly targets with the Customer Success Team Lead.
- Work with the whole CS and Sales Team to share best practices and ensure continued
growth.
- Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve internal processes and
enhance growth.
**Your basic qualifications**
- Native level of Swedish, Norwegian or Danish and fluent English.
- 1+ year experience working in a B2B account management / customer success role
- Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to learn something new every day
- Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistake
- Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties
**We are also interested in**
- Any additional language or experience working with multiple Middle Eastern markets
- Previous experience in fast-growing start-ups
