Service Business Manager North of Spain

We are looking to complete Agilent Spain service division team with a new **Service Business Manager** responsible of the following tasks in **Spain District IV (Spain Nord) - Galicia, Asturias and País Vasco**:
- Be accountable for the District P-L
- Responsible for Customer experience as well for employee satisfaction and motivation
- Perform in a cross-divisional context partnering with multiple business division in order to define and execute the best strategy to enable Agilent customers success.
- Capable to create and lead Project to evolve and expand team capability and successfully drive Business Growth.
**Qualifications**:
**JOB POSTING QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelors, Master Degree, University Degree or PhD in relevant Technical Matter (Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, etc.)
- Direct relevant experience in Customer Service Organization, preferably as a manager / supervisor or alternatively as individual contributor.
- Requires proven skills in leading/managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics.
- Language proficiency in Spanish and English
**This role can be home based anywhere in the Northern part of Spain or in Madrid.**
