With rapid growth across multiple markets, we are building a world-class team that shares our passion for excellence and customer experience.Job OverviewWe are seeking an Account Manager, Partnerships, to join our growing team, based in Spain (ideally in Ibiza or other strategic areas). The Account Manager will play a key role in maintaining and expanding our relationships with homeowners, property management companies, and strategic partners across Spain. You will be responsible for growing our supply portfolio, ensuring top-notch service, and maximizing property performance through strategic price management, exclusive deals, and increased bookings.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management– Maintain and manage strong relationships with existing property owners and management companies, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.– Serve as the main point of contact for property partners, providing regular performance updates, price management advice, and market insights.– Work with property partners to maximize bookings by negotiating exclusive deals, special offers, and promotions.Partner Acquisition– Identify, approach, and acquire new property owners and management companies across Spain to expand our portfolio of luxury villas and vacation rentals.– Focus on securing exclusive partnerships that differentiate One of a Kind Travel from competitors.– Develop and implement strategies to increase the number of properties on the platform, especially in high-demand and underrepresented areas.Performance Optimization– Analyze property performance data and advise property partners on pricing, availability, and market trends to improve booking rates and profitability.– Work closely with internal teams (marketing, bookings, tech) to ensure seamless operations and enhance the property partner experience.Strategic Partnerships– Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the travel, real estate, and hospitality sectors to drive growth and strengthen One of a Kind Travel’s presence in Spain.– Collaborate with local and international brands to create value-added services and packages for guests and property owners.Market Expertise– Keep up-to-date with the local luxury travel and villa rental market, understanding trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the business and property partners.– Actively participate in industry events and networking opportunities to represent One of a Kind Travel and develop new business opportunities.Requirements – Account Manager Partnerships (Spain) Experience- 3–5 years in Account Management, Business Development, or Partner/Supply Acquisition (hospitality, travel, villas, or real estate preferred). - Proven ability to maintain strong partner relationships and secure exclusive deals. - Experience with pricing, occupancy insights, and performance optimization. - Comfortable managing a sales/acquisition pipeline and meeting targets.Skills- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. - Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and advise partners. - High ownership, proactive, and able to work independently. - Strong collaboration with internal teams.Market Knowledge- Good understanding of the luxury villa/vacation rental market in Spain and seasonal trends. - Familiarity with competitor landscape and pricing movements.Languages- Fluent Spanish & English (required). - Other languages (Dutch, French, Italian) are a plus.Other- Based in Ibiza or Spain, willing to travel regularly. - Driving license preferred.-Please apply via LinkedIn and send your motivational letter, or reach out directly to
