Desktop Technician will provide daily local
**Responsibilities:
- **
**1)** Desktop Support Engineer provides Break Fix, fault diagnosis, and resolution.
**4)** Provide first/second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
**5)** Work with vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
**6)** Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
**7)** Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
**9)** Should have basic knowledge of the Mac operating system, to support Apple pc users.
**10)** Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers, and computer hardware.
**11)** Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, and printers.
**12)** Performs remedial repairs on Desktops, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
**13)** Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity, and workstation hardware/software.
**14)** Broad experience in IT with a basic understanding of Networks, Servers, Audio/Visual, Smart Devices, and Telecoms.
**15)** This position requires the ability to work in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork.
**16)** Performs other duties as assigned.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
**Salary**: Up to 2,200.00€ per month
