- Como Analista de Soporte Técnico Wear Parts, serás responsable de asegurar un soporte técnico en la instalación, seguimiento y monitoreo del performance del revestimiento, a través de la emisión de informes de desgaste, manteniendo actualizado al cliente y equipo de ventas responsable del cliente.
- Esta posición estará ubicada en Salamanca, IV región - Coquimbo.
- Funciones:
- Identificar e interpretar los requerimientos técnicos del cliente en base a visitas a mina, reuniones técnicas, participación en licitaciones, en todo lo relacionado a revestimientos para chancadoras giratorias, cónicas, de mandíbulas, mallas de trommel, zaranda.-
- Elaborar modelos CAD 2D y 3D para cotización, en base a ingeniería inversa de revestimientos realizados en campo, y/o adaptaciones de las soluciones ya existentes del portafolio FLSmidth
Define la estrategia de revestimientos en coordinación con Global Service Line y RPLM FLSmidth, y elaborar propuestas técnicas que aseguren una solución óptima a la necesidad del cliente.-
- Brindar soporte técnico para la correcta instalación de los revestimientos diseñados, elaborando procedimientos de instalación, protocolos de prueba, y levantando observaciones encontradas para a fin de retroalimentar al equipo de diseño.-
- Realizar seguimiento al performance de los revestimientos fabricados e instalados, con el objetivo de conocer su comportamiento bajo las condiciones de operación de cada equipo en particular, y brindar recomendaciones de operación que estén alineados al requerimiento del cliente.- Requisitos:
- Formación Técnica en Mecánica, Metalurgica o a fines.-
- 2 años de experiência en áreas de departamento técnico en Ingenieria de diseño, en empresas proveedoras para la minería.-
- Conocimiento básico de simulación FEM y DEM-
- Conocimiento avanzado de modelamiento CAD-
- Inglés hablado y escrito nível Básico-
