**EL PUESTO**
Lugar: Madrid
Salary range: 35K-38K
To work with the GDF Key Account Team (with exposure to the global accounts e.g. Heinemann) in creating, negotiating, implementing, monitoring and evaluating key account agreements.
This support role will require strong analytical skills to interrogate sales data as well as strong inter-personnel skills to build effective relationships with external business partners and important internal stakeholders.
One of the key tasks is to ensure that we run effective activities and ensure that we have the right portfolio and appearance of our brands in Key Account outlets - respective internal and external processes needs to be managed accordingly.
**RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Management of cross-functional projects & tasks for KAM (Launches, Sales Cycles etc.)
- Support KAM in developing the holistic total customer investment strategy (i.e. margin calculation + promotions)
- Support KAM with annual marketing planning cycles incl. budget planning
- Work closely with Indirect Touch Point Planners in alignment of brand/commercial calendar and codevelop effective communications to Sales Forces (i.e Area Managers)
- Build and maintain solid image for Imperial Brands as responsible corporation and preferred business partner, through providing professional and high-quality services to KA
- Support GDF Key Account Management in the preparation of International Account Plans
- Coordinating account portfolio and distribution matrix including the management and communication of new lines and delisting
- Market and customer responsibility for Spain Ship Supplies DF in close cooperation with Regional Sales Manager.
**COMPETENCIAS & EXPERIENCIA**
- 1-2 years Sales Experience (should take over Spain Ship Supplies DF)
- Tobacco and Duty Free (I know to get both not easy, but would be ideal)
- Beneficial I&I and Trade marketing experience
- English & Spanish
- Analytical
- Communication skills
- MS Office (Specially Excel)
- Problem-Solving
