Description

At Serviguitech we seek to strengthen the Business Management & Change (BMC) team with an Execution Manager for the most important financial entity in Spain, in Madrid

As Execution Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of strategic projects in the Finance and Balance Sheet Management (F&BSM) domain in Corporate & Investment Banking (SCIB).
- Participate in the definition of the strategic/transformation plan of the area.
- Support the Product Owner (PO) to perform the business case analysis of each initiative.
- Define the KPIs of the projects (value framework), preparation of the charters (technical file of the projects) and follow up on deliverables, identifying and managing risks, dependencies, and priorities with the PO.
- Monitor the initiatives: Review the status of the initiatives with scrum masters and respective Technical Tribe Leads.
- Report RAG status of projects, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure a resource/sourcing structure with an adequate profile for the execution of the initiatives and an efficient and balanced structure of teams.
- Establish and lead the governance of the transformation plan with the Domain Owner and his ExCO (Product Owners) as well with the implicated Global COO Teams.
- Establish and lead the governance with the Local BMC teams with the aim of sharing the pipeline of initiatives, seeking efficiencies (not developing the same tool in different geographies, adapting best practices).

**Requirements**:

- +12 years of relevant experience working in banking and/or technological areas as a PMO or Project Manager.

Desirable:

- Knowledge and experience on Banking business and systems.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- High ability to anticipate and solve problems.
- Organizational and Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Great communication capacity with different teams.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills in English, (minimum C1 level).

EDUCATION:

- University degree in relevant engineering, business, economics, or other technical discipline.
