**Mission**: To be the reliable support of the CEO and management by contributing to the projects launched from Management linked to business operations and customers implementations.

**Your Profile**
- A business-minded person who enjoys being involved in the company's logistics operations and business activities in general.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Comfortable in an interdisciplinary and international environment.
- Self-motivated thinker familiar with the logistics process, lean management and business execution
- Organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can support multiple teams. Dynamic with high teamwork skills

**Your Tasks**
- Collaborate with the CEO and business management team by providing support in business, logistics project execution and data analysis.
- Develop reports and dashboards to assist the various management teams and provide insight into the business.
- Use tools to identify areas of business improvement.
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard operating procedures across multiple systems.
- Support the CEO in his daily tasks (presentations, reporting and organization).
- Collaborate with other global teams or in-country initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Administration or Engineering
- Robust Excel and analytics skills and excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Power BI
- At least three years of professional experience in logistics or project management
- English level C1 mandatory
