Overviewand SummaryThis position offers a combination of financial, automotive sector and risk analysis knowledge for those who want to be responsible for the analysis, creation, implementation and strategic follow-up of a number of assigned groups of dealerships at risk. Primary mission is the successful continuity of the automotive brand's representation network, through the economic and financial monitoring of these dealerships.The successful candidates will join a talented Business Management team and benefit from the Urban Science Employee ExperienceEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMajor duties required are :Evaluation of financial data, mainly balance sheets and income statements to determine the level of default riskVisit dealerships in -or potentially be- financial difficultyAssist in negotiating with banks if requiredWork with the brand's field teams and liaise between them and the dealership as requiredIdentifying practices within the organization that contribute to increased financial riskCompiling reports, summaries, and presentations to communicate findings to key stakeholders within the businessMake recommendations to decrease and / or monitor riskCreate ad-hoc studies and reportsProvide standardized reporting on progress in the dealerships for which they are responsibleProvide remote and direct support to Dealer Network within project assignmentPresent regularly at all levels Business Management and KPI´s results, suggesting actions of improvementOther tasks and participation in special projects in the client as requiredQualifications – Education & ExperienceMajor skills required :Risk Analysis knowledgeFinance and accounting knowledge : budgeting, forecasting, provisioning, cash flow..etcKPI´s analysis experienceCommunication Skills : fluent / native Spanish language and intermediate English level B2 -C1. - Ability to present analytical developments combining ideas to influence othersAnalytical ThinkingResults OrientedEthics & IntegrityTeamwork & CooperationTime managementFlexibility / AdaptabilityInterpersonal UnderstandingRelationship BuildingMath & StatisticsMS Office : advanced level in Excel, Word and Power PointSupervisory responsibilities : Senior level may be required to supervise other members of the teamDriver’s LicenseEconomics, Business Administration or similar University degree required. Master’s in financial risk management related is preferred.Minimum of 5-6 years relevant work experience requiredPreferred candidates with knowledge or / and relevant work experience in :Global automotive retail network and auto industryDealership business model : understanding of dealer management accounts, budgets, composites, day-to-day control operations and its associated risksSQL programming languageLocationHybrid work: when not required to visit dealers, successful candidates will be required to work from our Madrid office around 2 days / week. Remaining time from their own homes remotely.
