**Job Description**:
As **Sales Market Project Merchandiser**, you are responsible to implement and drive the Regional Portfolio Optimization focuses within your Sales market.

You collaborate with and ensure fluent communication between all stakeholders involved in projects and support Regional Store Portfolio strategy.

You work proactive to minimize business loss and to secure high level of project implementation.

**YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**OPTIMIZE CONCEPT MIX AND SIZE**
- Provide commercial input to regional portfolio strategy based on market knowledge and analysis of concept growth potential.
- Set the concept mix and size recommendations based on regional strategy to Group Store Design and Leasing to set the layout in new stores, rebuilds, and to Space Optimization Responsible for portfolio optimizations.
- Ensure accurate information about concept size, concept mix and budget across all H&M data platforms.

**COLLABORATE WITH STAKEHOLDERS**:

- Prepare the commercial analysis for Sign Off Packages for space optimization - collect information and prepare required analyses.
- Give relevant input to Leasing Manager for Signing Package for rebuilds and new stores and collect information from Project Visual.
- Give feedback to Group Store Design on how to improve layouts based on commerciality, data, analysis and reports to secure the strong commercial KPI’s.

**SECURE PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION AND EXECUTION**
- Participate in kick-off meetings with all organization.
- Align and execute stock and sales related actions with project phase planning and regional supply & demand strategy. Coordinate timeline with logistic and area.
- On site visits to ensure assortment and stock actions are aligned with the plan, follow up implementation and evaluate further actions.
- Follow up selling and assortment performance and share learnings with Regional Store Portfolio Merchandise Manager, Space Opt Responsible and Commercial Team.

**Qualifications**:
**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Strong analytical skills and ability to set up a business case and calculating ROI.
- Skilled in linking commercial analysis with business reality.
- Strong project management skills - structured and organized and updating timelines, securing that deadlines are kept, and deliverables are meeting requirements.
- PowerPoint and Excel knowledge.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Spanish & English both verbal and written and have the possibility to travel.
- Formal education within a quantitative field such as Business/Economics or Finance considered meriting but not mandatory
