Brand Marketing Lead

**Your mission**:
We are looking for a talented Brand Marketing Lead to drive all our brand awareness efforts and elevate our positioning in the market. As the core guardian of the brand, you will grow Livo’s influence, build recognition and trust among our target audiences. This is a highly creative focussed role that will require a mix of strategy, planning, execution, data analysis and cross-functional skills. More specifically you will be responsible for the following:
- Develop and implement the brand marketing strategy to deliver increased brand awareness, brand preference and loyalty as well as driving business impact.
- Create impactful marketing collateral, content, and messaging that resonates with our users, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Provide guidance on visual identity, brand positioning, and messaging to keep us consistent and relevant.
- Deliver marketing efficacy against our goals, measured in brand health.
- Stay current on local consumer insights, product usage & needs, cultural nuances and user behavior.
- Surface and champion user customer insights that enrich our understanding of our target audience, and craft a value proposition that resonates with key segments.
- Report on the effectiveness of brand marketing campaigns and strategies, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
**Your profile**:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Brand Marketing in a high-performance technology company.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing strategic brand marketing initiatives that drive measurable results and impact.
- Deep understanding of social media and communications, with a proven ability to generate buzz and drive conversations around your brand.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a commitment to staying ahead of trends and best practices in brand and broader marketing.
- Highly analytical with an ability to build data-informed business and marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of key marketing channels, how to leverage them to drive awareness and how to run experiments within them.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong spoken and written English and Spanish is a must. Other languages are nice to have.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
