**Hamelin International School** is a private institution started in 1989 that is wholly dedicated to infant, primary and secondary education. The school is approved by the MEC (Ministry of Education and Culture of Spain) and authorized by the International Baccalaureate to teach the IB Diploma Programme. Presently, with an enrolment of around 1450 students representing over 40 nationalities, and faculty and staff amounting to more than 150 people from about 15 nationalities, Hamelin-Laie offers various local and international programmes with a student-centered approach to teaching, learning and promoting international mindedness We are looking for a full time **ADMISSIONS OFFICER** to join our Admissions and Marketing team. To create an outstanding experience for parents and students throughout every stage of the Parent Experience Journey (PEJ). **Core requirements of the post** In fulfilling the requirements of the post, the Admissions Officer will demonstrate essential professional characteristics, and in particular will; - Act as the first point of contact for admissions enquiries from potential or existing parents and organisations - Support and assist the Admissions and Marketing team in any reasonable duty as directed by them **Admissions support** - Coordinating students’, parents’ and agent visits and arranging tours of the school and boarding houses. - Assist with parent meetings when required. - Act as the CRM "Super User", which involves the use of SalesForce. - Maintain admissions files, follow up and ensure all necessary documents have been received and filed. - Ensure that admissions office is adequately supplied with necessary brochures and marketing materials. - Liaise with the Finance department to maintain accounting information on system. - Attend and assist with events and functions related to Admissions and Marketing when required. - Any other tasks requested by the Admissions Manager &/or DAM related to Admissions and Marketing department. **Commitment to Personal and Professional Development** - Participate in and fully engage with the school’s performance management and appraisal process. - Demonstrate continuous professional and personal development through the identification and implementation of individual development plans arising from company and school performance management and appraisal processes - Contribute to wider engagement of colleagues in the marketing and admission function giving support and willingly sharing ideas and materials to promote this. **Commitment and engagement to the following Company and Professional Values and Dispositions**: - Seeking and maximising opportunity within the organisation - For us, opportunities need to be meaningful, about achieving potential and making progress. - Recognising and pursuing impact within your role - For us, impact is about making a difference.
