We've raised over $160 million in funding, including our most recent Series C led by Index Ventures. * The Role* As a Demand Generation Manager, you will design, build, manage and relentlessly test our social, display, and content syndication campaigns to find the best ways to deliver trials for our self-service business and highly qualified leads to our enterprise business sales teams. **The Nitty Gritty** As a Demand Generation Manager, you will: - Perform as an integrated-campaign strategist for end-to-end execution of data-driven campaigns, including defining the audiences to be targeted, developing campaign strategy, building digital ad campaigns, and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI - Lead execution for a comprehensive set of paid traffic tactics across display/programmatic, paid social, content syndication, and other channels of distribution - Manage all paid social, display, and content syndication channels to optimize performance, determine budget allocation, and own outcomes from all strategies and tactics deployed - Utilize data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of display, paid social and content syndication channels - Use of process for testing to prove hypotheses and recommend performance optimizations - Relentlessly experiment with different targeting, messaging, ad images, and copy to strike the balance between scale and cost-efficiency - Troubleshoot and identify technical issues to help ensure we operate effective paid traffic campaigns - Monitor performance reports for channel-level pacing of budgets and targets - Being a student of your role, in tune with up-to-date knowledge for effectively leveraging the technology and tools you will be using - Strategize with marketing teams to develop and refine relevant campaign copy and assets - Cooperate with marketing managers and the greater marketing team to generate and optimize paid traffic campaigns - Work closely with our Head of Performance Marketing and all marketing team members to drive demand generation objectives **What We're Looking For** To be successful in this role at Gtmhub, you'll need to have: - +2 years’ years’ B2B experience in performance-based, direct response online marketing with significant budget responsibility - A data-driven mindset where numbers > instinct - +1 years experience marketing to enterprise senior-level buyers (ideal) - +1 year experience marketing/positioning a SaaS solution (ideal) - Demonstrated competence and working knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads/Business Manager, Content Syndication platforms, and programmatic ad platforms/DSPs - Deep expertise in social media platform algorithms, bidding strategies, and objectives - Experience working with substantial monthly ad spend budgets and targets - Experience working with 1st and 3rd party data for ad targeting - Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, and various MarTech solutions - Experience with localized/geo-focused marketing - You know how to use data to make strategic decisions and when to proactively seek out insights to improve marketing outcomes - Exceptional problem solving, and analysis skills combined with the ability to synthesize and effectively communicate findings - You are inquisitive by nature - Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across the organization - Must have a positive attitude and willingness to roll up their sleeves and get things done - A desire to win and contribute to part of a winning team - A willingness to consistently learn and improve - A commitment to our values **Compensation and Benefits** What's in it for you: - Competitive base salary* (45k EUR- 55k EUR DOE)* - Quarterly bonus opportunities (up to 25%) - Generous paid time off - Flexible hours and a remote-friendly environment - Stock option opportunities - Meaningful and challenging work in a rapidly scaling, global startup - Uniquely transparent and casual environment - The opportunity to work with smart, driven, and caring colleagues - The
