**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Supporting the design and launch of new payments-focused products and services and global roll out of cloud native payments solutions.
- Drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, including supplier and customer-facing contracts and material/critical outsourcing arrangements
- Supporting Company Secretary requirements for relevant PagoNxt group companies
- Advising in relation to various regulatory changes which present both an opportunity and challenge for the PagoNxt business, including those regulations impacting payments, data, intellectual property, and financial services
- Supporting major projects and transactions working closely with senior management, other PagoNxt legal teams and, where appropriate, external counsel
- Keeping abreast of, and contributing to industry consultations and internal training covering regulatory and market developments in financial services and payments innovation

EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of five years' post qualification experience working as a lawyer in a law firm or in-house, ideally in a fintech environment.

EDUCATION
- Law degree (Bachelors or Masters). ü MBA and/or additional degrees are not strictly required but will be a plus.
