**PagoNxt **is looking for a **NON FINANCIAL RISK MANAGER **based in our **BOADILLA DEL MONTE (HEADQUARTERS) office.**

**PagoNxt **is a new company wholly owned by Santander that incorporates our most disruptive payments & trade businesses into a single, autonomous company, creating one of the largest private fintech companies in the world. This new company will deliver payment & trade solutions for merchants and consumers with compelling technology to become a leading global payments provider in the medium term.

In order to achieve these goal, PagoNxt is organized in three different business:

- Merchant Solutions, for merchants and acquirers.
- Trade Solutions, for corporates and SMEs.
- Consumer Solutions, digital products and services for individuals.

This role will be part of our PagoNxt Trade Solutions team and will be responsible for delivering fast, efficient trade finance, supplying chain and FX payments solutions for international SMEs that were once only accessible to larger corporations.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **Non-Financial Risk Manager, **you will being 2nd line of defense for the different risks (IT, Operational, Cyber, Vendors, etc). PagoNxt Trade is a new company wholly owned by Santander that is launching digital solutions to support international activities of companies and FIs (clients of SAN Units and open market), through a software company in SP and two regulated in SP/UK.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Implement the NFR model with all the different tools (RCSA, Indicators, Events ) adapted to PagoNxt Trade needs
- Support business functions in the development and implementation of products, to ensure that all product and service risks are properly identified and mitigated
- Coordinate the definition and implementation of a robust Business Continuity Plan in the entity

EXPERIENCE
- At least 7 years of experience in Non-Financial Risks related positions.
- Experience in digital / fintech environments will be appreciated

EDUCATION
- Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, Law, Finance, or other relevant areas.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- High level of english
- Non-Financial Risks management, with specific expertise on IT and Cyber risks
