P&C Business Partner

We are seeking a talented motivated P&C Business Partner (HRBP) to partner closely with our business leaders and drive the achievement of business objectives, advising on cost-effective HR strategies, providing HR solutions, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

You will play a key role in talent management, diversity initiatives, and fostering a skilled workforce, as we strive to become the employer of choice in the industry. Working closely with our Global and Regional HR teams, in this position you have a chance to make an impact, help to create the culture and deliver on our HR strategy.

**Your main responsibilities will be**:

- Supporting leaders with Labor Relations aspects and HR matters, ensuring cost-effective practices.
- Deliver the annual people calendar activities such as performance management, talent development, merit process and annual engagement survey
- Collaborate with business leaders to solve organizational challenges, focusing on cost-effectiveness and Company’s priorities.
- Ensure policies, procedures and practices comply with employment laws, align with Company strategic goals and following industry best practices.
- Evaluate internal trends as well as practices of other companies to make recommendations to management to ensure the Company remains competitive and is able to attract/retain qualified employees
- Managing labor litigations and leading collective negotiations supported by the business and aligned with the rest of the P&C organization, working to minimize costs and mitigate risks.
- Maintaining trade union relations with internal and external representatives of trade union organizations.
- Drive the talent management and diversity agenda within the business.

**Qualifications**:

- We are looking for a results-driven HR professional with the ability to challenge and advise management on cost-effective HR strategies, and a track record of achieving HR business objectives while maintaining financial sustainability. - Knowledge of labor relations and collective negotiations in Spain and /or Portugal are preferable experiences.

Please note that all operational tasks and direct support to employees are delivered by a service desk, and are not within the scope of this position. Your focus will be on providing strategic HR guidance, cost-effective decision-making, and advising management on optimizing people costs.
