We are looking for a Commercial Effectiveness Iberia Animal Health to help us to ensure that the commercial policy maximize market and business opportunities, leverage Data Analytics and BI to facilitate commercial policy design and implementation and to design commercial models to support business needs and priorities.

Business Partner to guide, recommend and follow up activities, actions and strategic approach of the team

Experience

Minimum five (5) years’ experience in Supply Chain, Finance, Trade Channel, Commercial or Business Intelligence.

**3+ Experience in Pharma or similar industry**: Deep understanding of Business Intelligence within pharma.
Experience in Commercial Policy, pricing, discounts schemes
Strong business acumen with commercial understanding coupled with strong P&L assessment
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience building analytics tools, and developing KPIs: including statistical methods & tools, forecasting processes & techniques, data extraction and management.

**Strong communication and influencing skills**: Ability to summarize and communicate needs and recommendations to management verbally and in writing.
Proven track record delivering operational results.
Credible peer to country stakeholders, able to develop and present appropriate strategies and solutions.
Dynamic, pro-active and flexible working style and personality.
Pragmatic results oriented and able to work under pressure in a changing environment.
Actively listens and seeks to understand differing perspectives. Collaborative, working together to achieve common goals for the organization
Excellent judgment, problem identification and solving skills.
Experience in program execution/implementation and change management is a plus.
International / Global business experience and cultural sensitivity is a plus.

Education

Master's Degree required (engineering or finance preferably)

Required

Fluency in English and Spanish
Confident knowledge and usage of Microsoft Office (Excel and Access) and BI platforms e.g. Alteryx, Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI, Qlik) and others (Python)
Some travelling will be required, maximum 10-15% of time
