We are looking for a talented Pricing Manager - Animal Health Division for our Headquarter in Girona (Spain)
The Pricing Manager will be a key member of the Business Excellence team, responsible for defining, implementing, and optimizing global pricing strategies within the Animal Health division. This role plays a vital part in ensuring pricing consistency and governance across different departments and organizational layers, while maximizing margin impact and maintaining competitiveness in the marketplace.
In this position, the Pricing Manager will lead pricing initiatives, drive innovation in pricing capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pricing structures, business strategy, and financial systems, with the ability to collaborate across global, regional, and local teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the global pricing strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business and financial objectives.
- Lead pricing initiatives to optimize pricing governance and execution across all levels of the organization.
- Oversee change management related to pricing frameworks, driving innovation and continuous improvement in pricing capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards, maintaining transparency in pricing practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and commercial leaders, to refine pricing models.
- Provide strategic guidance on pricing optimization to enhance profitability and commercial effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master's degree with extensive experience in pricing strategy and financial systems.
- Strong knowledge of business environments, including customer dynamics and distribution channels.
- Proven leadership by influencing experience, with the ability to guide teams and drive decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global and regional teams.
- Proficiency in pricing and financial tools, with the ability to analyze complex data sets to inform strategic decisions.
