**Job Title**: Lead Generation & Sales Team Member
**Location**: Málaga Centre (Hybrid)
**Employment Type**: Full-Time/Part-Time

**About Us**

**Role Overview**

As a Lead Generation & Sales Team Member, you will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients into long-term customers. Your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality leads, build relationships with key decision-makers, and close deals that align with our corporate golf event offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and research potential corporate clients who could benefit from our golf day experiences.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales pipeline in the CRM system.

**Skills & Experience Required**
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development (preferably in corporate events, hospitality, or sports industries).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and conducting meetings with senior decision-makers.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Passion for golf or knowledge of corporate hospitality is an advantage.
