**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and analyze social media conversations, trends, and consumer sentiment using tools like Ipsos Synthesio, Meltwater, and similar platforms.
- Design and execute social listening strategies, identifying key insights to support business objectives.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on social data to improve brand reputation, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement.
- Develop custom dashboards and reports, visualizing data to communicate insights effectively.
- Track and measure the impact of social media activities, identifying opportunities and risks.
- Work closely with marketing and business intelligence teams to align social insights with company goals.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in social media analytics, AI-powered insights, and audience segmentation.
- Present findings to stakeholders and provide data-driven storytelling to guide decision-making.

**You Bring**:
- 5+ years of experience in social media intelligence, digital analytics, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Ipsos Synthesio, Meltwater, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, or similar.
- Strong expertise in social listening methodologies, sentiment analysis, and trend forecasting.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, online communities, and digital marketing.
- Ability to analyze large data sets and extract meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting (Excel, Power BI, Tableau is a plus).
- Experience in AI-driven analytics is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to interpret complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English.
