You will be a valued part of our digital marketing team where you will oversee all of our social media activity and deliver on social strategy.

We are excited to re-fresh our brand identity soon and you will be integral in the execution including our brand messaging and customer engagement strategy.

**Your roles**:

- Curate and manage our social media channels (paid and organic).
- Plan, create, review and schedule posts/stories/reels.
- Plan and manage content calendar based on campaigns and brand messaging themes.
- Copywrite for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Ensure content has clear CTA and uses compelling copy in Swoosh brand tone of voice
- Manage all social media profiles and groups and ensure information is up-to-date.
- Create and design image assets for social media posts, stories and groups.
- Develop new ideas for engaging different target audiences on different social channels.
- Lead on Youtube optimisation project to enhance our SEO.
- Regularly check and reply on social media channels to comments and direct messages.
- Report on reach, engagement, CTAs and conversions.
- Analyse social media campaigns to determine areas for improvement.
- Research and implement an effective follower strategy for the company accounts.
- Re-share key marketplace news sources of relevant and meaningful content.
- Research, keep up to date with and implement any relevant social media trends.
- AB testing with time and day posting for our different social media channels.
- Share our brand message and story on channels.
- Promotion of blog and other content on our social media channels
- Creating streams on Streamyard for the live classes
- Video editing for social media channels including stories, posts, and YouTube content
**Required experience**:

- Professional/Business English level
- 2+ years digital marketing experience
- Experience managing social media campaigns on IG, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn
- Proven track record with paid social media, specifically Facebook Ads
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media trends
- Skills and experience in creative content writing
- Excellent working knowledge of Canva or PhotoShop
- Design and creation of social media imagery, banners, visuals and assets
- Video editing skills and video creation skills
- Able to showcase brand implementation
**Desired experience**:

- BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
- Basecamp project management experience
- Experience in managing and strategising ManyChat campaigns
- Experience with Hootsuite or Buffer
- Good working knowledge of Streamyard
- Experience promoting blog content
- Experience with organic and paid content/strategy on Tik-Tok and Twitter
