Due to the expansion of the company, we are looking for a strong Call Center Representative.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls;
- Escalate customer inquries to other departments and team members when necessary;
- Provide friendly, courteous service to customers at all times and ensure they finish their call with you satisfied and happy;
- Keep customers' information accurate and up to date on the CRM system;
- Work in line with company KPI’s regarding call volume and service levels;
- Collaborate with other call center representative to improve customer service;
**Qualifications**:
- High School Diploma or above;
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice;
- Demonstrated computer skills, able to pick up and learn new software quickly;
- Fluent Spanish (B2), knowledge of Russian is welcome
- Able to multi-task effectively and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
