**ROLE SUMMARY**:
- King’s College School Soto de Viñuelas is a leading international school located in the beautiful location of Tres Cantos, in Madrid. We deliver a forward-thinking education based on the British Curriculum, with A Level and IB options in the Sixth Form. Our purpose-built campus and extensive facilities reflect our commitment to excellence in teaching, learning, and the holistic development of our students.- We are currently seeking a **Finance & Admin Assistant**to join our dynamic administration team. This is a key role supporting the operational running of the school and liaising closely with our Madrid Head Office finance team.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Financial Administration**Process and track purchase orders, invoices, and payments-
Monitor departmental budgets and spending limits-
Manage petty cash, credit card expenses, and charitable funds-
Liaise with Head Office (Madrid) for invoice approvals and financial reportin**School Transport Coordination**Plan and update school bus routes in collaboration with the transport provider-
Coordinate daily transport changes and communicate with drivers, monitors, and parents-
Organise transport for school trips and manage related invoicing**️ General Administrative Support**Support budget control for school trips and staff travel arrangements-
Assist with front-desk duties as part of the admin rota-
Carry out a range of ad hoc administrative tasks as neede**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines-
A flexible, proactive attitude to changing situations-
Impeccable attention to detail and organisational skills-
A high level of personal integrity and trustworthiness-
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively-
Excellent ICT skills, particularly in financial systems and Excel-
Strong written and verbal communication skills in **both Spanish and English**
