Job description

As member of a mature international logistic group, we own a solid client base. As the business development manager of our new region Spain, your key role is
- Active acquisition of new **agents/suppliers** and **business partners**, who complete and enrich our local supply chains
- Maintaining lasting relationships with key stakeholders that support long-term growth
- Overseeing the running of logistic chains and allocating the suitable resources
- Continuously seeking feedback and inputs to identify opportunities for streamlining the processes and improving operational efficiency
- Monitoring the market and competition to identify new trends and development opportunities.
- Ensuring branch processes are fully compliant with polish policies and statutory guidelines

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in the branch of logistics and transport is prioritized
- Experience in a similar position is nice to have
- Proven skills in commercial negotiations and closing complex transactions
- Proven skills in project management
- Spanish: Must have, English/German/Chinese: Good skill in at least one of them
- Ability to think strategically and identify new market opportunities
- Ability to build and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and business partners
