Are you passionate about **design, innovation, startups**, and creating content that speaks to a global audience? Are you excited to shape the future of **corporate innovation** through storytelling, content creation, and communication? If so, we’d love to have you join our **Open Innovation team** at **Plug and Play Tech Center**.

As an **Open Innovation Analyst / Intern**, your role will be to help create high-quality content, develop compelling presentations, and assist in communicating our innovation projects through **multiple media formats and channels**. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that engage our stakeholders across different platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters, in addition to supporting internal and external communication efforts.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Design and develop engaging presentations, reports, and decks** that communicate innovation strategies and insights for corporate clients.
- **Produce social media content** (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to highlight innovation programs, startup collaborations, and success stories.
- **Create visually compelling content** such as infographics, videos, and blog posts that simplify complex ideas and showcase our projects.
- Support the **development of content for newsletters, blog posts, case studies**, and **client-facing reports** to increase visibility of our work and thought leadership.
- Help maintain **consistency and brand messaging** across all communication channels, ensuring that our innovation initiatives are effectively communicated to a wider audience.
- **Conduct research and market analysis** to create data-driven content, monitor trends, and gather insights for social media, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in the **standardization of toolkits, playbooks**, and **methodologies** to ensure high-quality, reusable content across the organization.
- **Support internal and external communications** by writing and creating materials that explain complex innovation concepts in an accessible way.

**Who You Are**:

- **Currently studying or recently graduated** with a background in **Business, Design, Innovation, Marketing**, or a related field.
- Proficient in **Keynote, Adobe, Figma**, or other design tools to create visually compelling content.
- Skilled in **creating content for social media** and familiar with platforms like **LinkedIn.**:

- A **strong writer and storyteller**, able to craft clear, engaging messages for a variety of formats (blog posts, newsletters, social media).
- Passionate about **content creation, visual storytelling**, and the **innovation ecosystem**.
- **Fluent in English** (Spanish or German is a plus).
- Highly **organized**, **detail-oriented**, and able to balance multiple tasks.
