We’re looking for a detail-oriented and strategic thinker to support our Open Innovation team by developing and refining new service concepts, high-quality proposals, presentations, and materials that showcase our consulting services to corporate partners. In this role, you will be crucial in positioning our innovation services, refining our value propositions, and supporting business development efforts.

**Your Role**
As an Innovation Services Analyst, you will play a key role in understanding our customers' needs and developing a structured and compelling service concept, proposals, presentations, and strategic documents to support our sales and business development efforts. You will work closely with internal teams to translate innovation methodologies into structured service offerings, refine messaging, and ensure high-quality proposal delivery. This role is ideal for someone who loves writing, research, and structured problem-solving and has a keen interest in innovation consulting.
**Key Responsibilities**Develop Winning Proposals & Materials**
- Write, structure, and refine innovation service offerings, proposals, and pitch decks for corporate and government clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to individual client needs.
- Research industry trends, innovation methodologies, and case studies to strengthen proposals and our service range.
**Support Business Development & Sales**
- Assist in preparing client-ready materials that effectively communicate our innovation capabilities, methodologies, and impact.
- Work closely with senior team members to refine service positioning and pricing strategies.
- Maintain and update proposal templates and knowledge assets.
- Support in the standardization and deployment of service offerings across the company.
**Market & Competitor Research**
- Conduct market research to identify corporate innovation trends and help position our services competitively.
- Analyze competitor offerings and propose differentiation strategies.
- Support in refining and articulating Plug and Play's value proposition in comparison to competitors.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Innovation, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in proposal writing, business development support, innovation consulting, market research, or a related field.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills—able to translate complex ideas into clear, persuasive language.
- Excellent organizational skills—ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and pay attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly analyze complex corporate structures and needs, translating them into tailored proposals and strategic opportunities.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, or Canva to create compelling presentations.
- Analytical mindset—comfortable working with market research and competitive analysis.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn about the corporate innovation landscape.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
