**Your Role**

We are looking for a **proactive and creative team member** to shape and execute innovation strategies for our corporate partners. This role combines consulting, research, and service design to enhance innovation methodologies, optimize processes, and deliver impactful projects. You’ll lead and contribute to workshops, strategy development, and execution, ensuring real-world impact for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

**_ 1. Strategy & Execution_**
- Develop and implement **innovation strategies** tailored to corporate challenges and objectives.
- Optimize **innovation processes**, integrating best practices in corporate innovation, venture building, and open innovation.

**_2. Workshop Facilitation & Stakeholder Engagement_**
- **Design and lead workshops** to drive ideation, strategy formulation, and innovation roadmaps.
- Collaborate with **corporate teams, executives, and external partners** to ensure seamless execution and measurable impact.

**_3. Research & Insights_**
- Analyze **emerging trends, market insights, and disruptive technologies** to inform innovation strategies.
- Provide thought leadership by translating research into actionable recommendations.

**_4. Business Development & Growth_**
- Identify opportunities to expand innovation initiatives and **craft innovation-driven proposals**.
- Support business development efforts by contributing insights, strategy recommendations, and proposal writing.

**Qualifications**
- **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Innovation, Business Design, Strategy, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **3+ years of experience** in innovation consulting, corporate innovation, product development, digital transformation, or related fields.
- Strong ability to **translate research insights into actionable strategies and solutions.**:

- **Excellent communication & storytelling skills**—experience creating compelling presentations using Keynote, Canva, or PowerPoint.
- Strong **organizational skills & project management** experience (familiarity with Monday, Notion, ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools preferred).
- Experience **facilitating ideation sessions, design sprints, or co-creation workshops.**:

- **Entrepreneurial mindset**—self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Fluency in **English** (additional languages are a plus).
- **Willingness to travel** as needed for client engagements.
