We are looking for a qualified **receptionist** to work at the **Hotel Sir Victor in Barcelona** to welcome as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming greeting; a person who has the patience, personality and perseverance necessary to progress in this position and can improve experience of hotel guests. **The person will work mostly in the night shift**.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Make the check-in and check-out for our guests.
- Ensure timely and accurate customer service.
- Handle complaints and specific customers’ requests.
- Coordinate luggage collection and storage.
- Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns.
- Inform clients of our hotel services, including breakfast and dining options.
- Promote all hotel amenities, conveniences and programs offered.
- Communicate with Housekeepers, Maintenance and Restaurants Departments to provide an overall comfortable guest experience.
- +2 year - Work experience
- Attentiveness and patience for customers
- Organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Team spirit
- The ability to speak both English and Spanish
- Flexibility to work in shifts

**Conditions**:

- Direct contract with Sir Victor Hotel
- Contract: Indefinite
- Salary: 2500€ gross per month (night hours incluted)
