While others wind down, you take charge of check‑ins, and those unexpected moments that make night shifts memorable. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.What You’ll DoWelcome late‑night guests and create a safe, relaxed atmosphereHandle check‑ins, payments, reports and night processes with accuracyKeep the lobby clean, organized and comfortable throughout the nightSupport guests with questions, special requests and unexpected issuesMonitor the building and flag anything unusual or urgentPrepare morning handovers and share guest insights with the day teamWork closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance when neededPromote The Social Hub spaces and experiences when relevantWhat You’ll HaveYou have 1–3 years of experience in hospitality or a similar guest‑facing roleYou bring a calm, friendly presence that makes guests feel safe at nightYou’re comfortable working night shifts on a regular scheduleYou know how to use MewsYou’re proactive, reliable and great at solving things independentlyYou handle quieter hours and busy moments with the same steady energyYou’re comfortable using digital systems like PMS, kiosks and messaging toolsYou communicate clearly in English and SpanishYou’re a team player who gives clear handovers and supports smooth operationsWhat We OfferThe opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi‑national company.
