**Puesto**:
**What will be your role?**
- Safeguard data collection for Market and Client management
- Cleaning, analyzing and processing data in our databases (CRM, Market Investigation, Portfolio )
- Verification and validation, as well as find and correct gaps and errors
- Prepare customized reports and visualizations for different purposes and stakeholders
- Integrate mentioned tasks within monthly, quarterly, yearly schedule

**Requisitos**:
**We are looking for CRM and Market Analyst (As. Sales Support) with**:

- Bachelor degree in Marketing and Market Research
- At least 2-year relevant experience in a comparable job
- Higher level in English speaking and writing is essential (Level B2)
- Good computer skills and digital competence
- Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
- Ability to understand the value of good data preparation, entry and organization. Excellent analytic skills and always deliver adapted visualization to different stakeholders
- Ability to manage stress, working with deadlines
- Social and communication skills: empathy, verbal language, pleasant social interaction
- Great spirit of service and availability to help others

A CRM & Market Analyst has to have ability to manage both data and people. Teamwork skills, along with communication, are essential to achieve the success. We expect from you a high organizational capacity and time management. It is necessary to have the ability to work under pressure, manage several issues at the same time and understand the impact of data over different layers of the organization
