Location: Europe or East Coast US/Canada (Remote) Company overview A global health research and market access consultancy with experts across Europe and North America, supporting Pharma and MedTech organizations in Market Access, Evidence Synthesis, HEOR & RWE generation. Our clients are highly innovative AI‑enabled solutions for evidence generation planning, automated literature review, and secure clinical data access, driving rapid growth. We have a proven business model and a range of services that are now being expanded further. Role Develop and execute the company’s global business development strategy targeting large, mid‑tier, and emerging pharmaceutical clients. Identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships. Build, maintain, and expand a strong client network. Lead outreach to prospective clients, secure new business, and manage key accounts. Collaborate with Market Access, Evidence Synthesis, HEOR, and RWE teams to create compelling value propositions, proposals, and pitch materials. Work closely with leadership, marketing, and consulting teams to evolve the service portfolio. Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and client meetings. Oversee and optimise the company’s CRM platform. Contribute to forecasting, reporting, and sales‑related decision‑making. Ideal profile Life Sciences background desirable. 5+ years experience in BD/Sales within consulting focused on Market Access, Evidence Synthesis, HEOR, and/or RWE. Established network of relevant contacts in these domains. Strong understanding of scientific and data‑driven services. Excellent communication skills, professional presence, and enthusiasm for client engagement. Independent, structured, and strategic working approach. Willingness to travel internationally for conferences and client meetings. Flexibility to work across time zones (Europe and US).
