Our client, is a leading company in industrial machinery for the pharmaceutical sector, headquartered in Spain. In line with its consolidated leadership in innovation and international development, it needs to recruit a **Purchasing Technician (Quality Assurance), with experience as a mechanical engineering or mechatronics,**based in Valles Oriental (Barcelona) who will travel to China (Dongguan) during the year, to contact to suppliers.** GENUINE Executive search&Talent solutions, is collaborating exclusively with the compay in the search for a professional who can contribute experience as a Purchasing Technician in the **industrial machinery. We are looking for with command of English, native Chinese speaker and Spanish as an asset. The professional must guarantee the quality and suitability of each part for turnkey projects, so he/she must have proven training and experience in machining. This is not a mass purchase.**

**Do you have the experience and training mechatronics or mechanical engineering?**

**PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Track data, identify improvement projects, and manage cross-functional implementation to improve performance of suppliers and key components by implementing process controls and quality assurance plans.
- **Experience on tooling and industrial sector (machinery, mechanical industrial engineering)** Previous experience and past performance with the product/service to be purchased.
- **Experience interpreting industrial equipment drawings.**
- Liaising with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time.
- Monitoring inventory and writing orders to refill stock.
- Inspecting purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues timely.
- Updating all records of purchased products.
- Writing reports on purchases made and performing cost analyses.
- Attending and contributing to meetings with staff and other stakeholders.
- Supplier's track record for business-performance improvement.
- Meeting with vendors and clients to negotiate the best contracts.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- **Training in mechatronics or mechanical engineering.**
- **Strong technical knowledge and experience to assess and validate parts manufactured by machine shops.**
- Orientation to results.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Sound research and networking skills.
- Customer orientation and continuous improvement.
- **Native Chinese, Good level in English and valuable good level in Spanish.**

**Labor conditions**
