EXO TECHNICAL PACKAGING TECHNICIAN

ROLE AND DEPARTMENT
The responsibility of the Technical Packaging Technician role is to develop and execute primary/secondary/tertiary packaging components (depending on project needs) and create, maintain and administer associated packaging specifications to enable production at Third Party Manufacturers to Coty’s standards.
Operating within Coty’s technical specification system (Prosper), and defined packaging development processes, the Technical Packaging Support role will liaise with Research & Development Packaging to ensure fit-for use packaging and specifications are available, whilst engaging with multiple functions to input into the SAP Masterdata process.
The role supports new initiatives and also ensures on-going production across our portfolio, with focus on improving the quality and cost performance of these products.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

**Essential**: Fluent English language: speaking, reading, writing. Bachelor’s degree in packaging / engineering / design or similar technical vocation. Tech-savvy, competency to learn and operate within proprietary web-based database system and with Microsoft Office software: Excel/Outlook/Word/Powerpoint/etc Previous experience in packaging roles. Basic understanding of packaging technologies; cartons / glass / plastics / alu, etcEnthusiastic and motivated technical graduate looking for first experience within fast-moving, multi-national beauty company.

**Desirable**: Any experience working in SAP system Basic understanding of Industrial standard ISO / AQL criteria
