We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bookkeeper in the rapidly growing ESP Accounts department.

As a Bookkeeper, you will be expected to be able to work independently and pro-actively in the Accounts department, enter client data accurately and efficiently into NetSuite (and other, Sage), provide support to your colleagues and help drive improvement throughout the Accounts department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Double entry bookkeeping including bank reconciliation of clients accounts primarily through NetSuite (and other, Sage) and occasionally other accounting systems.
- Preparation of depreciation, accruals, prepayments, journals, and any other relevant adjustments.
- Ability to adhere to accounting standards.
- Meeting set deadlines.
- Maintain a full and accurate audit trail by filing and referencing documents.

**Essential knowledge, skills and experience**:

- Experience of using NetSuite and other such as SAGE.
- Degree in Accounting.
- Native/Business fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Minimum of 5 years bookkeeping experience.
- A full comprehensive understanding of double entry bookkeeping.
- MS Office package.
- Ability to manage personal workload effectively.
- Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently.
- Strong work ethic.

**Desirable knowledge, skills and experience**:

- Knowledge of e commerce businesses.
- Confidence and ability to quickly pick up new systems.
- Experience of working in an accountancy practice.
