We are looking for a motivated Bookkeeper to join our Finance department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow in a modern, tech-driven environment. You will be working within a dynamic team in an international company.This is a full-time, on-site position in central Madrid . English at a high level is mandatory .We offer career growth opportunities within a dynamic and expanding Finance team, along with training, mentorship, and ongoing development.ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily accounting tasks and financial record-keepingSupport invoice processing, expense tracking, and reconciliationsMaintain accurate ledgers and financial documentationCollaborate with the Finance team on monthly reporting and closing activitiesProvide administrative and analytical support as neededRequirementsDegree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldExcellent command of Spanish and English (spoken and written) - Please note: The interview will be conducted in EnglishKnowledge of bookkeeping or accounting principlesStrong attention to detail, organization, and analytical thinkingHigh proficiency in ExcelExperience working with ERPsTech-oriented mindset and high digital literacyInterest or experience in AI tools and automation (preferred)Valid work permit to work in Spain - mandatory
