We are looking for a motivated Bookkeeper to join our Finance department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow in a modern, tech-driven environment. You will be working within a dynamic team in an international company. This is a full-time, on-site position in central Madrid . English at a high level is mandatory . We offer career growth opportunities within a dynamic and expanding Finance team, along with training, mentorship, and ongoing development. Responsibilities Assist with daily accounting tasks and financial record-keeping Support invoice processing, expense tracking, and reconciliations Maintain accurate ledgers and financial documentation Collaborate with the Finance team on monthly reporting and closing activities Provide administrative and analytical support as needed Requirements Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Excellent command of Spanish and English (spoken and written) - Please note: The interview will be conducted in English Knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting principles Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical thinking High proficiency in Excel Experience working with ERPs Tech-oriented mindset and high digital literacy Interest or experience in AI tools and automation (preferred) Valid work permit to work in Spain - mandatory
