Netsuite Solutions Analyst

We are looking for a leader skilled with Finance Systems across business process functions; RTR, OTC, PTP, Financial Reporting, Sales Compensation Process, & FP&A to support our rapidly growing business.

The Finance Applications Manager will lead a team of Application Architects, Developers and Business Analysts to build and deliver strategic and operational solutions aligned to the Dynatrace corporate strategy. You will drive team alignment with business stakeholders across Dynatrace organization.

Dynatrace Finance Applications include NetSuite, OneStream, OneSource, Blackline, Concur, Varicent, Anaplan and multiple system integrations.
- Collaborate with business owners and technical team to understand business requirements, create process flows, design, develop, test and document solutions.
- Perform business and systems analysis to provide business and system process improvements. Be innovative and provide forward thinking with focus on long term technical solutions
- Focus on improved quality of user experience and simplified processes in RTR, PTP, QTC, Financial Reporting business operations
- Provide technical solutions supporting ITGC Sox, and IT governance controls
- Document solution release step details (change controls, data migrations, and step by step order of operations) required to enable delivery manager to release changes to production.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Requirements:

- Advanced technical experience with NetSuite.
- Strong experience creating NetSuite reports and saved searches.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work on multiple assignments in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment.
- Experience leading projects and priorities focused on agility, quality and customer satisfaction
- Proven ability to design and optimize solutions focused on data quality.
- Proven track record of successful project execution with agile methodology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate complex issues in a concise easy to follow manner is essential.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of core NetSuite lifecycles in a subscription-based SaaS business. (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, etc.)
- Experience with NetSuite OneWorld.
- Experience with NetSuite technologies, including web services, Suiteflow, SuiteAnalytics, NetSuite Administration, Security Model.
- Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with SOX compliance and requirements
- Experience with NetSuite scripting
- Experience with the following NetSuite modules/functionality:

- CPQ Billing
