**Job Title: Customer Service Specialist - Storage Terminal Operations**

**Location**: Storage Terminal Port of Barcelona - Carrer del Port de Ningbó, Moll de l'Energia
**Department**: Commercial
**Reports To**: Commercial Director

**Job Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main point of contact for clients using the terminal, ensuring timely and professional communication in English and Spanish.
- Coordinate scheduling and documentation of product movements (inbound/outbound), liaising with operations, logistics providers, and customs agents.
- Follow up on vessel, truck, and railcar operations, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and terminal capabilities.
- Prepare and manage documentation such as nominations, delivery notes, loading/discharge plans, and invoices.
- Ensure accurate data entry into terminal and ERP systems for inventory, product movements, and billing purposes.
- Monitor and report on service KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively suggest improvements or solutions to potential operational bottlenecks.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to solve day-to-day issues and align priorities.
- Support audits, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives relevant to the customer interface.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Experience in a customer service, logistics, or commercial support role in industrial, energy, or chemical sectors (terminals, tank farms, or logistics is a plus).
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset, able to anticipate and resolve issues independently.
- Comfortable working closely with operational teams and under time pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP or terminal management systems is preferred.
