**What’s the role?**
As a Client Support Coordinator you’ll work by partnering with the Sales & Delivery Teams and your wider network, taking ownership of your aligned clients’ needs and demand. You’ll work with your Clients, Sales Team members and global functions to develop and maintain new and existing customer relationships.
**Day to day you’ll**
- Work in partnership with all teams across the business to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
- Manage pre
- and post-workshop logistics, liaising closely with the sales function to facilitate an excellent customer experience
- Follow ordering processes to ensure transactions are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner
- Receive, log, investigate and resolve customer queries in a way that builds client loyalty
- Manage and arrange conference calls and webinars in support of internal and external customers
**What you’ll bring**
- You’ll have a degree in Business Management, Psychology or Communications (or similar)
- A passion for legendary customer experience, always prepared to ‘go the extra mile' in delivering support on time and to the highest standards
- Team work, demonstrating flexibility with regards to working in a continually evolving and demanding environment
- Great people skills which will allow you to build partnerships across the business to support your desire in delighting the customer
- Exceptional communication skills which will be demonstrated when sharing relevant information with customers in writing and on the telephone
- A proactive approach to problem identification and solution
- An open mind and ability to adapt in a dynamic, ever-changing environment demonstrating a growth and change mindset
- Great attention to detail when recording inquiries on any of our systems, ensuring that what’s captured is accurate, true and fair
**Other Requirements**
- Minimal travel may be a requirement of this role
- You will be required to work flexibly across our opening hours where your role and need requires to deliver for our
customers
- You must be fluent in English & Spanish
- Other languages are advantageous
